Operating environment is Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 Server for Application Logic Tier and Data Tier, and Windows NT Workstation / 2000 Professional for Presentation Tier. On Middle Tier Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) and components provide middleware for Scalable, Distributed Internet Applications. MS SQL Server is deployed on Data Tier with possible connectivity to the other major databases.
Object oriented development environment is based on MS Visual Studio with integrated toolset for managing all phases of a new application's life cycle.
